How We Got Here
It started by watching my friend and a talented professional, John Yates, over 30 years who mastered business development – finding prospects, taking actions, never giving up, and converting them to clients. Most Professionals white-knuckled the feast-or-famine cycle — deep in delivery one month, scrambling for pipeline the next. On the other hand, John built trust, one conversation at a time — knowing who to reach out to, when, and what to say.
What if we could turn what John does into a system others could actually use to build their own pipeline and book of business?

Our Team
Built by professionals who understand the grind of business development and the value of staying connected.

A serial entrepreneur and operator with decades of experience building and advising professional services firms, technology companies, and coaching platforms (including co-founding Quantuvos), Gregg created BD4 to solve the business development challenge he had lived firsthand: helping skilled professionals who must sell but were never trained to sell. At BD4, he leads overall vision, go-to-market strategy, and the relationships with pilot firms and investors that are bringing the platform to market.

A seasoned technology executive who has served as CTO or CPTO at multiple high-growth companies (including Abrigo, Accruent, and CLEAResult) and been involved in over $5B in outcomes, James brings enterprise-grade architecture and AI/ML expertise to BD4's technical foundation. At BD4, he leads product and engineering strategy, including the four-level progressive engagement framework that defines how users move from simple contact management to fully AI-personalized outreach.

Kent Elmer is a CPA with more than 20 years of broad-based experience ranging from Big 4 public accounting to CFO level positions at a variety of companies. He has also been the CFO of a number of early- and growth-stage technology ventures in both software and hardware. Kent joins the BD4 team as a CFO that specializes in early- and growth-stage technology companies in the Southeast region.

An architect-turned-product designer with a track record of building AI-first SaaS experiences, Sreenidhi translates BD4's complex functionality into intuitive, clean interfaces that professionals actually want to use. Her human-centered approach ensures that even the platform's most sophisticated features — from voice profiles to relationship warmth scoring — feel effortless rather than overwhelming.
